We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, catering to our dietary restrictions and providing us with complimentary bottled water every day. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and spacious rooms and a well-organized yard. The location was serene, beautiful, and surrounded by fresh forest air. We particularly enjoyed the delicious and plentiful meals, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast was really good with freshly baked goods, cheeses, and local meats.

Amazing location, nestled in lush greenery with a flowing river on one side and towering mountains on the other. We were impressed with the complementary bottled water and high-speed Wi-Fi that kept us connected throughout our stay. the food was delicious with an international and local spread, and the portions were generous. We especially enjoyed the complimentary fruit basket in the room.

This place has no chill, making it unsuitable for a romantic getaway. the staff was robotic and did not have any warmth, failing to cater to us as a couple.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process hassle-free. The room was clean and well-equipped with all of the necessary amenities. The food was delicious and diverse, with a range of options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked bread and pastries every morning.

While the location and staff were fantastic, the room was slightly cramped and could have been a bit more spacious. The Wi-Fi signal was not very strong in our room and it was difficult to maintain a steady connection.
